Artwork Specifications

We accept computer files formatted for the Macintosh Operating System. We can convert some artwork
created in a Windows Operating System. There are some programs such as PowerPoint® that
are created for the Windows environment that we are unable to use.

We use the following programs:
• Illustrator®
• QuarkXPress®
• Photoshop®
• InDesign®


We accept the following disks:
• 100MB Zip® disk
• 250MB Zip® disk
• CD/DVD ROM (preferred)
Mac Formatted

Any files created in other programs not listed (Freehand®, CorelDraw®, etc.) should be
exported or saved as an EPS or AI file.

Please send EPS, Tiff or JPEG formatted files at 300ppi at 100 percent of the actual size, or in vector
art. All fonts in all programs must be outlined. Spot colors, Amazink® and Mystique® clue artwork
must be vector or 600ppi grayscale! Artwork submitted in Photoshop® needs to be in a layered
file if it includes typed copy. Artwork submitted in Quark® needs to have all placed and imported
images included separately.

Artwork via E-mail:

If sending artwork via e-mail, please inform your customer service representative so we can look for
it and download it as expeditiously as possible. For files larger than 10MB, please upload to our website. If possible, please compress these files using Stuffit Deluxe® for
Macintosh or Winzip® for Windows. This will decrease the download time and allow us to process
your order more quickly.

Downloadable templates for all items are available,by item # on the website or contact Customer Service
at World Wide Line, Inc. If a WORLD WIDE® template is not used, your artwork and layout may be
adjusted to fit the item properly.

It is critical that we receive a color hardcopy or a low resolution jpeg.
Otherwise, your artwork
will be printed as closely as possible to the digital file submitted. Remember, do not send originals,
make copies of all artwork.

In order to expedite your order, the following must accompany all electronic artwork:

• A clear and legible faxed proof with all graphics and fonts in position
• Company name and ASI number or customer number
• Purchase order number
• Item name and number

We cannot be certain that your artwork is usable until it is checked by our art coordinator. If it is not
the appropriate type or quality, we will contact you to discuss options.

A charge of $60.00(g) per hour will be charged for art time exceeding one hour.

Note: Exact PMS color matching is not possible for the various imprint processes available. If you
would like us to match your desired PMS color as close as possible, please contact us immediately. Your order will remain in production unless otherwise notified.
