GENERAL INFORMATION
1. 1 DAY RUSH SERVICE: Orders on items with 1-Day RUSH Service must be received by 10:00 a.m. (CST) for rush production to begin the next business day. A purchase order, usable artwork submitted on a template and established terms or payment for the order must be received before production begins. Multiple spot colors and proofs not available with 1-Day RUSH Service.
2. 2 DAY RUSH SERVICE: Orders on items with 2-Day RUSH Service must be received by 12:00 p.m. (CST) for rush production to begin the next business day. A purchase order, usable artwork submitted on a template and established terms or payment for the order must be received before production begins. Multiple spot colors and proofs not available with 2-Day RUSH Service.
3. 3 DAY REORDER SERVICE: For orders on items requiring 3-Day Reorder Service, orders must be received within two months of original order ship date, received by 12:00 p.m. (CST), exact repeat order, established terms or payment must be received before production will begin. No proofs are available for 3-Day Reorder Service.
4. 360® DEGREE TRADEMARK: 360® is a registered trademark of WORLD WIDE® Line and its patented 360® imprint process. Patent #5,944,931.
5. ARTWORK: Click here for artwork specifications.
6. BRASS PLATES: Available pressure sensitive brass plates include: 3” x 3/4”, 1-1/2” x 3/4” and 3”x 3/8” at $1.35(g) ea. or 1”x 4” and 2”x 4” at $2.60(g) ea. to be engraved with the name of the recipient. You can either have engraving done locally as you distribute your plaques or we can do it at $.20(g) per letter.
7. CLAIMS: Please contact Claims Department. All claims must be made within 15 days of shipment in regards to dissatisfaction with product. All claims pertaining to shipping and breakage must be made within 15 days of shipment. No merchandise may be returned without authorization from the factory. We are not responsible for inability to fill orders due to strikes, acts of nature, shortage of materials or any other reasonable cause whatsoever.
8. COPY CHANGES/COLOR CHANGES: We will gladly make slight changes in type only at $40(g) per change except on full color items. On decal and screen printed items we will gladly make color changes at $40(g) per change except for full color items. If artwork is changed, this is treated as a new and separate order.
9. CORRECTIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: These can be made only with the agreement of the factory. Corrections to orders within two days of the scheduled ship date will result in additional charges. Cancellation will result in cancellation charges for all work, materials, and postage.
10. DATED DROP SHIPMENTS: When it is necessary for us to ship parts of an order at some future date, the entire order will be produced and invoiced at the time the first shipment is produced, and the balance of the order is stored in our warehouse. There will be a $20(g) charge for each release from inventory after the initial shipment is made, and the entire order must be shipped within 12 months.
11. FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: FedEx or UPS number required. Foreign shipments will not be prepaid. All foreign shipments require special packaging, call customer service for quote.
12. GOLD OR SILVER CROWN OR EDGING: On ceramic mugs, add $1.00(g) ea. for Gold or Silver Crown. Add $.70(g) ea. for Gold or Silver Edge. Add $2.00(g) ea. for Gold or Silver Pinstriping. When using Gold or Silver embossing on your mug imprint, first calculate the price as a two color design, then add $1.00(g) ea. for a one-sided imprint or $2.00(g) ea. for a two-sided imprint. For other items the Gold charge is shown or listed if not available. Not available on CranColor, Metal Drinkware, Mystique®, Glassware, Plastic Drinkware and full color products and direct screen items.
13. GOLD AND SILVER: We regret that no guarantee of satisfaction can be made when either gold or silver (platinum) is used in your design; the wearing quality of these two precious metals is extremely poor. Even though we will not guarantee these precious metals, we will use them at an extra charge which is indicated next to the applicable product.
14. INDIVIDUAL MAILINGS: If you require individual shipping or mailing of items, and $.60(g) per item plus the cost of mailers and postage. For USPS mailing, typed labels are required. For UPS or FEDEX, complete shipping information is required on disk. Contact factory for disk criteria. Please specify shipping method on purchase order.
15. INSERTIONS, STICKER APPLICATION & COUNTRY OF ORIGIN STICKER REMOVAL: Add $.15(g) ea. unless otherwise specified.
16. LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS: Please contact the factory for special quotation on large quantity orders.
17. LESS THAN MINIMUM: No less than minimum is available on four color process sublimation. On all other items contact factory for quote.
18. PERSONALIZATION: Personalization in porcelain ink on products decorated with decal process is $2.00(g) per name, or in precious gold or silver at $2.50(g) per name. The name must always be in a single, straight line. Personalization list must be submitted in Microsoft Word in alphabetical order. No fewer than twelve pieces can be personalized at one time. If entire list is not submitted with order, see paragraph "DATED DROP SHIPMENTS". For signature, see paragraph "SIGNATURE PERSONALIZATION". Not available on Mystique®, CranColor, full color sublimation/four color process, metal, glass or plastic drinkware items, coffee house style mugs, direct screen mugs.
19. PLATE HANGERS/EASELS: For Plate Hanger add $1.50(g) ea. For Folding Easel add $1.65(g) ea. Not available for miniature plates.
20. PLATE SILVER: To substitute silver (platinum) edging for gold on any plate add $1.00(g) per piece.
21. PRICING: Prices in this catalog are effective as of 1/1/10. Any changes, higher or lower, as well as any special offers will be shown on our website, www.worldwideline.com, and these prices will prevail.
22. REORDER PRICES: For reorders use the list price of the quantity ordered. There are no screen or set-up charges on reorders within two years of original order unless otherwise specified. Reorder prices apply only when the exact same design in the same size as the original is used.
23. SET-UP CHARGES: Spot color set-up charge $35.00(c) per color. Four color process set-up charge $125.00(c). Unless otherwise specified.
24. SHIPPING INFORMATION: F.O.B. point is the factory in Tennessee, unless otherwise specified. The factory cannot be responsible for delays or damages en route. All claims (damage, delay or loss) should be promptly filed by the purchaser with the carrier at delivery. No C.O.D. shipments accepted. Since the factory has no control after the shipment has been given to the freight carrier, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping on an account number other than World Wide's will be charged $10.00(g).
25. SIGNATURE PERSONALIZATION: If you require the reproduction of an actual signature for personalization on products decorated with decal process, please add $3.00(g) each or in precious gold/silver $3.50(g) each. We will gladly provide you forms at no charge for the collection of signatures. If you desire to use your own forms, they must be approved by us before we can accept the signatures for personalization. No fewer than 12 pieces can be personalized at one time. If entire list is not submitted with order, see paragraph "DATED DROP SHIPMENTS". Not available on Mystique®, CranColor, Full Color Sublimation/Four Color Process, metal, glass or plastic drinkware items, coffee house style mugs, direct screen mugs.
26. SPECIAL PACKAGING: Special packaging will incur additional charges. Contact factory for a quote.
27. SPECULATIVE SAMPLES: Virtual Speculative Samples are available at $40.00(g) per design, per product and generally can be e-mailed within 72 hours. Actual Full Color Speculative Samples will be charged at $125.00(c) each, plus postage. Other speculative samples are $25.00(g) for a one color design and $15.00(g) for each additional color, plus postage. This is far less than our actual cost. When you order, you will get full credit for the speculative sample charges toward that order. Approximately 10-14 days are needed for production of speculative samples.
28. SPLIT SHIPMENTS: When the total order is prepared and shipped at one time to multiple destinations, the order will be billed at total quantity price plus $6.50(g) for each extra destination after the first. When the total order is not shipped at one time, see paragraph "DATED DROP SHIPMENTS". In quantities other than standard case lots, additional charges will incur.

30. TRADEMARK USAGE: All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any such laws, and WORLD WIDE® Line hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs, and/or other expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory’s use of said copy or other material or the operations undertaken by this agreement.
31. TRADEMARK NOTICE: The artwork, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted product available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for, the owners of the artwork, designs or trademark.
32. UNDER-RUNS, OVER-RUNS, AND EXACT QUANTITIES: Due to the difficulty of manufacturing exact requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 10% over or under the quantity ordered must be considered as a fulfillment of the order. Orders requiring an exact count will be charged $40.00(g).
33. UNION LABEL: Not available.
